Shipping Process

 

After we receive the payment for your order you will be sent a payment confirmation email, within 48 hours.  

All items are custom made AFTER  payment is received.  We normally ship orders out within 3-5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) after the payment has been received. Large orders take a few more days, in those instances, we will email  you to inform you how long it will take to design your items.

We ship from Georgia through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). 2 Day priority mail confirmation and your tracking number will also be e-mailed. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. So please confirm order. Please note if there were any problems with your order, please contact me for resolution. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours of order submission. All orders are carefully packaged before they are shipped to our customers. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact your local postal service as Heyyy Helen Bling cannot assume responsibility for items once they are in the postal system. You have the option to pay for insurance on your items, please let us know if you would like your package to be insured so we can add on the cost to your total.

 

Product Mock-Ups

 

Some items on this website are Mock-Ups (pictures that displays what the items will look like) for advertising purposes only. When you receive your item the shades of color may be slightly off because of the heat from the heating press when I design the items.

 

Washing Instructions for Apparel

Machine wash cold, lay flat to dry, iron inside out.
